In many applications, the air delivered to the cylinders is uneven. Starved for air, the cylinders do not complete their full cycles with enough air. This result is that the cylinder rods "bang" against the cylinder ends, resulting in "wear and tear" of the cylinder seals, gables and related parts.

With X-Block® the air flow is substantially more even allowing for proper full functioning of the cylinders and related parts such as speed regulator(s). Probably the most noticable difference upon the installation of the air saving device is the large drop in noise levels.
